Terms of Deposit: Since we only have 2 litters a year early reservations is suggested or we can refer you to other reputable breeders of the Old Style GSD's. We require a deposit of $300.00 to reserve one of our puppies. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE (NO EXCEPTIONS) But deposits are transferable. The deposit will hold your place on our waiting list in the order your deposit was received. Deposits may be moved to another litter (up or down) due to the following circumstances: dam is not pregnant, not enough pups of a given sex, or a purchaser moves their deposit to future litter etc. Puppies must be paid in full by the age of Five (5) weeks of age (if being shipped) or deposit will be transferred to the next available litter. Any pups that are not in our foster breeding program will all be sold on an AKC limited registry |
